Senior Associate, Customer Experience
About the Team

As one of DoorDash's core operations teams, Customer Experience, ensures that when there are bumps in the last mile, there's always someone there to help make things right. Our team designs, manages, and operates DoorDash's large and growing global network of support centers, with the ultimate goal of delivering an outstanding customer experience as reliably as possible.

About the Role

The Senior Associate role will report into our Consumer Experience Credits and Refunds Lead and contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of industry-leading credits and refunds experiences and policies for our customers. This person will develop strategies to optimize our core success metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement those strategies in a timely and impactful manner.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to develop a strategic, analytical mindset as well as the operational rigor to bring ideas to life. 

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Partner with teams within customer experience, and our product, engineering, analytics, and tools teams to improve our credits and refunds policies, strategies, and the resulting customer experience for our customers. Produce, dig into, and use data and insights independently to identify opportunities to optimize our credits and refunds policies and experiences. Accomplish your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into Excel/SQL to creating a budget and implementation plan, aligning partners, making policy changes, testing ideas, and achieving and measuring results. You’ve succeeded in a competitive, or challenging environment such as management consulting, strategy, operations, or product. You leverage emerging technologies and tools in your day to day work. Experience with AI preferred.
