Senior Associate, Climate Risk Advisory As a Senior Associate, you will analyse key market trends related to resilience and the energy transition to support the development and scaling of emerging solutions (e.g. Carbon Credit Insurance/Nature Finance). You will support business development activity via Aon’s global network, including client RFPs/pitches, and play a key role in delivering climate risk consulting engagements with a range of clients. What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Associate in our Climate Risk Advisory team, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling innovative climate risk solutions. Your responsibilities will include: + Client Delivery Support: Apply and deepen your expertise in physical and transition risk by contributing to high-impact client engagements in the climate risk advisory space + Emerging Solution development: Build knowledge in evolving areas such as carbon credits and agricultural risk transfer to support scalable client engagement + Content Development and deliverable production: Drive the creation of internal and external materials that articulate the CRA value proposition, including sell-sheets, proposals, and pitch decks. + Strategic insight and thought leadership: Provide feedback from client engagements to help refine value propositions and delivery processes. Lead or support time-bound strategic projects on key resilience and energy transition topics + Pipeline Management and regional growth enablement: Support the tracking and management of sales opportunities and assist in rolling out growth priorities across regions, including tailoring content, upskilling sales teams, and supporting regional opportunities. What We’re Looking For + Experience working in a delivery and sales-focused environment with a high degree of pro-activity and autonomy. + Ability to quickly grasp new climate risk solutions and products — backgrounds in consultancy and/or insurance are especially valuable. + A strategic mindset with a collaborative approach to innovation and delivery. + Technical knowledge in modelling or broking is a plus, but we value a well-rounded, adaptable approach within our team framework.
