Senior Associate, Brokerage - Tenant Representation

We are seeking a tenacious and results-driven Senior Associate to join our high-performing Tenant Representation Brokerage team in Chicago. This role is fundamentally a business development position with a heavy emphasis on canvassing and cold calling to generate new business opportunities. You'll need a hunter mentality and exceptional communication skills to engage with owners, C-Suite executives, and senior corporate real estate decision-makers. Your success will come from aggressively building a pipeline through prospecting while supporting the team's transaction processes.

Core Responsibilities:

Drive new business development through aggressive canvassing and cold calling - converting outreach into meetings and new business wins is the primary metric for success in this roleGenerate leads and opportunities through consistent prospecting and follow-up with potential clientsSupport client relationships by conducting property tours, developing market analyses, and creating compelling client-facing materialsMaintain and update the team's prospect database and CRM systems with meticulous attention to detailSupport transaction processes by analyzing property data, reviewing legal documents, and creating financial modelsCollaborate with research teams to leverage market intelligence for presentations and client deliverablesActively participate in team meetings, sales updates, and contribute to market research initiatives

Qualifications:

Required:

3-5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in commercial real estate brokerage or professional services with demonstrable business development resultsIL Real Estate License within 90 daysStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environmentSelf-motivated with the tenacity to pursue leads persistently and handle rejection constructivelyTeam player who contributes to a collaborative, high-energy atmosphere

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related fieldPure real estate experience or prior successful sales role in a different industry

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Estimated total compensation for this position:

1.00 – 1.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
