Senior Associate, Account Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Senior Associate to join our Account Management team, focusing on Multichannel and 3PL service offerings. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers, optimizing their experience with CastleGate’s end-to-end logistics services, and driving adoption, retention, and volume growth. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class service and continuous improvements that create long-term value for our partners.
Responsibilities:
+ Supplier Account Management & Growth
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers leveraging CastleGate's Multichannel and 3PL offerings.
+ Build strong, consultative relationships with supplier stakeholders to deepen engagement and improve service adoption.
+ Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities to increase supplier volume or expand service usage (e.g., ocean freight, drayage, multichannel).
+ Drive business reviews and performance deep-dives with suppliers to align on goals and joint initiatives.
+ Operational Support & Escalation Management
+ Support suppliers with day-to-day operational queries including shipment visibility, packing requirements, and service configurations.
+ Troubleshoot service issues, coordinate across internal ops teams, and ensure timely resolution of escalations.
+ Advocate for supplier needs in internal forums, contributing to cross-functional problem-solving.
+ Service Optimization & Education
+ Guide suppliers through onboarding and service enablement for Multichannel & 3PL offerings.
+ Conduct training sessions on CastleGate processes, value propositions, and system capabilities.
+ Educate suppliers on our bundled service structure (e.g., all-in rates vs. traditional 3PL base rates) to promote optimal usage.
+ Internal Collaboration
+ Partner with Supplier Integration & Management (SIM), CastleGate Operations, Product, and Analytics to drive supplier success.
+ Ensure data integrity and accurate tracking through Salesforce and other internal systems.
+ Share account learnings to inform scalable solutions and SOP improvements.
Qualifications:
+ 2–3 years of experience in account management, client success, supply chain, or logistics operations.
+ Strong understanding of 3PL/Multichannel fulfillment models and logistics workflows.
+ Excellent relationship management and communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.
+ Ability to analyze account trends, derive insights, and translate them into actionable improvements.
+ Experience working in cross-functional environments and driving results through influence.
+ Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
