Senior Asset Manager:
Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for a Senior Asset Manager to join our US team. The Senior Asset Manager acts as the team lead and primary point of contact for customer inquiries, acts to maintain customer relationships, leads or managers flow of projects, ensures budgets, margins, and timelines are met, and personnel resources are available. They are also responsible for sourcing out new opportunities within a customer’s facility, quoting jobs, and following up with customers. This role has a requirement to travel at some level of frequency annually.
What will do you as the Senior Asset Manager?
Contract managementManage asset managers under team. Scope to include training , day to day management, and performance assessment.Considered tier 2 support for asset managers and techniciansMonitor team (Key Performance Index) KPIs and lead process improvementProvide data/ KPI feedback to support and enhance back-office efficiency and corporate initiativesManage multi team special projects to target margin and revenue improvementContract managementDetailed understanding of all obligations including service responsibilities, response times, reporting scope of work, billing rates, termination clauses, etc.Customer direct contactTechnical ownership:Project electrical and mechanical designOperational understanding (design theory)Management of site turnover documentationSpare parts management (procurement and inventory)Warranty and RMA trackingRecommendations and suggestions for improvementSite safety and documentationAsset operating plansPreventative maintenance obligations and schedulingCorrective maintenance strategy (change order management, fixed price projects, etc.)Ticket management, escalation and close outCapital expenditure/Operational expenditure recommendations and managementCo-ordination with field service dispatchingFinancial accountability (Project & Portfolio level P&LPreventative maintenance trackingCorrective maintenance job trackingSubcontractor managementQuoting and procurement for chargeable service workPerformance/Availability guarantee (if applicable)Operational requirementsReview and delivery (if applicable) of all field reportingReview of production and performance reporting (if applicable)Daily monitoring of SCADA (in parallel with Operations Centre’s (ROC) monitoring platform.Travel to customer assets as required
