Senior Asset Management Consultant
Our Asset Management team is dedicated to transforming our clients' business by providing global solutions support for the Transportation sector. As a part of the Asset Management team, you will be driving growth and establishing strategies that positively impact our client’s ability to deliver their services. When you join our team, bring your expertise in Asset Management, organizational management, business process engineering and technical systems integration, with the ability to consult, develop, and execute strategies leading to organizational transformations. As a Senior Asset Management Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement asset management program activities including Strategic Asset Management Plans, Asset Management Plans, and related activities that are aligned with ISO 55000 and/or the IAM. You will help clients get the most out of their significant investments made in enterprise asset management technology systems at the strategic, tactical and operational levels. You’ll guide our clients in their current asset management maturity strategies and develop actionable implementation plans, from strategic to tactical and operational actions. Additionally, you’ll support proposal development and oversee resource prioritization activities. When you join us, you’ll utilize your understanding of asset management to collaborate with teams to support the delivery of complex projects. You will analyze and interpret data obtained on site and provide guidance on developing action plans to mitigate risk. We’ll ask you to evaluate and contribute toward the development of maintenance management strategies, capital strategies and programs. In this role you’ll be asked to stay up to date on current management consulting and advisory services techniques and best practices. By joining Jacobs, you’ll commit to supporting and engaging with these teams, as we work to build a company like no other. •B.A./B.S., or advanced degree, in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, or related field from an accredited university •Substantial related experience in the asset management arena, and flexibility to work across markets with a current preferred focus on transportation - highways, transit, ports and aviation sectors. •Understanding of the IAM framework, and the ISO 55000 standards and implementation and audit requirements •Ability to contribute toward the development of strategic asset management plans (SAMPs) and tactical asset management plans (AMPs) •Ability to work at strategic, tactical and operational levels within an organization. •Familiarity with data management techniques. Comfort in handling and interpreting large amounts of data to gain insights for client decision-making or achieving efficiencies •Familiarity with Enterprise Asset Management technology systems, used to manage data and as a tool to achieve strategic, tactical and operational goals •Process improvement experience, training and leadership development experience •Client relationship skills in performing risk analysis, audits and development of corrective action plans •Ability to travel as necessary to meet project and client requirements Ideally You'll Also Have: •IAM Member or Certified or similar demonstration of Asset Management industry leadership •Demonstrated experience in various asset types and market sectors •Familiarity with Hexagon and Maximo enterprise asset management technology systems Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
