Currently CBRE Investment Management Nordics, based in Stockholm, is growing its logistics business. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Asset Management Analyst who likes to continue his/ her career within the Asset Management team in the Nordics. The Senior Asset Management Analyst provides broad tactical and operational support to a team of asset management professionals, assists with the asset management team's ongoing performance of multi-use properties and is accountable for the asset management of a number of logistic assets.

A dedicated team of 20 professionals based in Stockholm assumes transactional, asset management and financial management responsibilities for c. 10bn SEK of AUM in the Nordics on behalf of multiple funds and separate accounts, with explicit and ambitious growth plans, with a strong focus on logistics.
The Senior Asset Management Analyst reports into the Senior Asset Manager Logistics Nordics and forms part of the European logistics team.
**WHAT KIND OF ASSIGNMENTS CAN YOU EXPECT?**
+ Ownership function and full responsibility for the analytical, strategic and operational asset management for selected logistics properties.
+ Support the Senior Asset Manager in the analysis of the logistics portfolio and underlying investments.
+ Ensure asset and portfolio data and statistics are maintained, including associated systems.
+ Support the Senior Asset Manager in all aspects of the analysis and assessment of new investments and proposed disposals as well capex projects. • Assist with the preparation of internal and external recommendation and approval requests.
+ Assist with the semi-annual asset / portfolio planning processes, including business plans and budgeting.
+ Assist with preparation hold/ sell analyses and monitor throughout the year.
+ Assist, support, coordinate and create internal and client reporting requirements.
+ Assist in all asset management activities including co-ordination of property management, leasing, reporting, valuation, capex management as well as refurbishments.
+ Assist and coordinate the completion of the sustainability goals of the portfolio.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
+ Graduate from tier-one Engineering or Business school or from a renowned university degree (MSc) in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
+ Relevant professional experience in the commercial property sector (preferably in the logistics sector) of minimum 2 years
+ Strong analytical understanding, high affinity for numbers, flair for detail and sensitivity to risk
+ Natural way of working on various projects in parallel with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment, with a strong ability to set priorities
+ Very good interpersonal and communication skills combined with a professional and engaging demeanour
+ High level of self-motivation and willingness to take on responsibility and work independently
+ Performance-orientated and entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
+ Ability to travel (mainly in Sweden and Denmark)
+ Fluent in English
+ Fluent in Swedish or Danish is a plus
