**Overview**
The Senior Art Director leads the creative vision and execution of design projects, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling across all media. This role combines strong conceptual thinking with hands-on design expertise to inspire teams and deliver impactful campaigns that align with brand strategy.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the creative direction and visual development of campaigns, projects, and brand initiatives.
+ Oversee and mentor designers, copywriters, and junior art directors to maintain consistency and excellence.
+ Collaborate with creative, marketing, and account teams to translate briefs into innovative concepts.
+ Ensure all design work meets brand standards and resonates with target audiences.
+ Present creative concepts and solutions to internal stakeholders and clients.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
+ Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output fresh and relevant.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Advertising, or related field.
+ 6+ years of experience in art direction, creative design, or advertising.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital, and print campaigns.
+ Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
+ Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
