Senior Art Director
**Overview** The Senior Art Director is passionate about developing creative concepts represented by visually stunning designs that create exceptional brand experiences. The Senior Art Director fosters a culture of creativity, innovation, and learning within the design and art direction team, actively mentoring and developing team members to help them grow and achieve their career goals. Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills are essential, as is keeping abreast of design trends and technologies. **Responsibilities** **KEY FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Interpreting briefs and requirements to deliver creative ideas and visuals aligned to a creative strategy, raising the bar on creativity using storytelling to drive action + Participate in all phases of creative work, from concept through production and final hand-off + Senior creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick-off meetings + Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas + Senior projects and search for new project ideas + Direct the creative team in developing and maintaining a consistent visual style across all final assets + Be a team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders + Be able to present designs and sell solutions to various stakeholders + Being at the top of the trends and inspire the team to acquire knowledge and break the boundaries of conceptual and technical skills **MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Deliver with high-quality and on-time any task assigned + Communicate diligently internally and externally + Use and train on the tools and processes assigned by the company + Keep up to date with training related to their field + Get involved with internal initiatives when required + Ongoing English improvement + Share knowledge as part of their day-to-day work **Qualifications** **MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:** + 7+ years of experience as an Art Director + Advanced English Level (B2 minimum) + Proven working experience as Art Director for at least 5 years + Have led teams and directed projects + Management experience of a staff and mentoring junior creatives of at least 3 year + Demonstrated ability to senior and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously. + Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop fresh and effective ideas + Must have a portfolio of professional projects that shows graphic design and conceptualization skills on 360 campaigns + Team player with strong communication and presentation skills + Detail-oriented + Guide, influence, and motivate others + Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices + Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lighroom, Firefly, Figma, Office Suite, Keynote
