- Lead the BIM and Revit design and execution of landscape architecture projects, including parks, urban spaces, and public gardens. - Collaborate with architects, planners, engineers, and clients to develop comprehensive project plans that meet functional and aesthetic requirements. - Supervise and mentor junior staff, help in building BIM competent team, providing guidance on design techniques and project management skills. - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding landscape design and environmental standards. - Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in landscape architecture. - Bachelor's of Architecture with 6 + prodfessional exprience in landscape projects or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in landscape architecture with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects. - Proficiency in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and GIS applications. - Strong knowledge of horticulture, ecology, and environmental science as they relate to landscape design. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
