The STA will lead large and complex workstreams to ensure end-to-end automated solutions are successfully implemented and maintained. As a STA, you will be a key person on the strategic vision for the bank’s ServiceNow Global Development Team that supports all initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. The STA will work on some of the most complex challenges and feature design on the ServiceNow platform. STA will work directly with the Principal ServiceNow Solution Architect on challenges related to solution fit, platform scalability and leading practices of implementation.
