In this role, you will provide essential support to the Principal Consultant and mentor junior team members alongside you day-to-day role as a senior consultant managing projects and site surveying. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of arboricultural services across a variety of projects. **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide support to the Principal Consultant + Mentor and guide junior team members, developing their skills as consultants and fostering their professional development. + Conduct tree surveys, assessments, and inspections in accordance with industry standards including but not limited to BS5837. + Prepare detailed tree survey reports, impact assessments and method statements. + Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. + Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices as part of a Clerk of Works / Supervisor role. + Contribute to business development activities, including preparing proposals and attending client meetings. **What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…** + Minimum of a Level 4 qualification in arboriculture or a related field. + Relevant industry experience in arboriculture, with a strong understanding of tree management and assessment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. + Proficiency in using arboricultural software and tools including Treeplotter, AutoCAD, Word. + Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. + Full UK driving license. **Don’t quite meet all the criteria?
