**Introduction** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented OTC Specialist to join our dynamic Collection team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer accounts, handle of payments and account reconcillation. This position will require direct interaction with both clients and customers, necessitating excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. **Your role and responsibilities** * Daily Task Execution with Quality Focus: Primarily responsible for daily accounting tasks, maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and key performance metrics. These tasks will include management of accounts, handle of payments, account reconciliation, daily contact with client team and Cash Allocation Team via phone/email. * Documentation Reporting and Processing: Proficiently manage and report on various documents, ensuring all processes are accurate, timely, and compliant with relevant regulations. * Client Policy Compliance: Thoroughly understand and adhere to the client's policies and procedures, acting as a point of reference for these within the team. * Continuous Improvement and Team Projects: Embrace an Agile work environment, consistently seeking ways to improve existing processes and actively participate in team projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience in OTC processes is highly advantageous, particularly in collection and reporting * Fluent in French or Italian * Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-changing client environment * Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity for creative thinking * Exceptional task prioritization and communication skills, both internally within IBM and externally with clients * Fluent in English, able to handle calls and participate or lead meetings * Good Microsoft Excel skills. * Superior organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively * A proactive attitude with a drive for continuous improvement.
