Responsibilities Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the ServiceNow platform. Will focus on ITSM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Operations Management (ITOM). Create overall management strategy and oversee implementation. Will assure the over all look and feel of a site and create a management strategy for keeping content fresh and up to date. Qualifications Must have extensive experience with the use of multiple different tools to determine best approach for site and page creation, operations, management, and maintenance. Should have up to date knowledge on all current software tools available. Should have extensive experience in working with customer requirements and creating SharePoint Online sites. Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), Office 365 integration. Business Process Automation (Intermediate)- Basic workflow skills- Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice). Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online). Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated. Ability to design the automation process. Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based). Basic coding skills (any languages). Testing skills to test automated processes. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent PLUS 5 Years of experience. Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education. Clearance: The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation. Location: Remote, USA Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST) Pay Range: The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $65,500. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
