About the job you’re considering We are seeking a highly experienced Data Migration Lead to drive the end-to-end data migration strategy and execution for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. This role will be responsible for developing domain-specific data strategies, enforcing governance standards, and ensuring data quality and integrity across business functions such as EAM, Work Management, HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. Your role + Lead the development and execution of a business data strategy aligned with S/4HANA transformation goals across multiple domains. + Enforce enterprise-wide data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. + Oversee data ownership and stewardship across business units, providing governance and accountability. + Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather and prioritize business data requirements. + Collaborate with technical teams to define data mapping, transformation, and cleansing rules for migration. + Monitor data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure high data quality. + Provide input on Master Data Management (MDM) governance processes and tools.
