Senior Applications Consultant - SAP PP / QM
**About the job you’re considering** The position focuses on SAP S/4HANA implementation and support within the Demand to Supply (DTS) workstream, specifically in the areas of Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The role involves guiding business units on optimal SAP usage, redesigning business processes based on global templates and best practices, and supporting end-to-end project delivery including configuration, training, data migration, and system maintenance. **Your role** + Lead and participate in SAP design sessions and blueprint workshops. + Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA modules including Production Planning, Scheduling, Orchestration, Execution, and Quality Management. + Analyze current business processes and design future-state processes aligned with SAP DTS standards. + Support data migration activities including extraction, transformation, and cleansing of DTS data objects. + Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing system support. + Create and manage SAP project tracks covering gap analysis, testing strategies, cutover planning, and training. + Develop functional specifications for interfaces, conversions, enhancements, reports, and forms. + Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency across deployments. + Act as the primary contact for all SAP QM deliverables and escalations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Security, Data Migration, and BI to deliver integrated solutions. **Your skills and experience** + Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly in PP and QM modules. + Proven experience in business process analysis, SAP configuration, and project delivery. + Ability to lead workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions. + Experience in data migration and end-user training. + Excellent documentation and functional specification skills. + Strong coordination and communication skills for working with global teams. + Flexibility to work across Agile development, support, and deployment landscapes. + A collaborative mindset for working with diverse IT and business stakeholders. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
