Senior Applications Consultant- SAP ARIBA- SCC
**About the job you’re considering** We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Ariba Manager to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our procurement and sourcing processes using SAP Ariba solutions. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business goals across procurement, finance, and supply chain functions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Ariba modules (Supply Chain Collaboration, Sourcing, Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Management), strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a track record of delivering complex projects in a global enterprise environment. **Your role** + Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation and enhancement projects. + Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors. + Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations. + Oversee integration of Ariba with SAP ECC/S4HANA and other enterprise systems. + Manage system testing, user training, and change management activities. + Ensure data integrity, compliance, and process standardization across procurement operations. + Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives. + Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and project resources. **Your skills and experience** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field. + 7 years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation + Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes and procurement best practices. + Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration. + Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. + SAP Ariba certification(s). + Experience in global rollout or multi-country implementations. + Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
