The HCM Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for Requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, End-user training, and Liaison in cloud implementation and support projects. Benefits module functional expertise with client interfacing skills are essential for this role.
Requirement:
4-6 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience in functional roles and overall 6 years of experience
Should have at least 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation as a Functional Consultant and should have worked on at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations on Oracle Cloud Benefits. Knowledge on any other Oracle Cloud module would be a value add.
Must have experience working on all phases of a project – Demos/workshops, Requirement Gathering, analysis/design, configuration, CRP, validate, transition, realization, production support, etc.
Experience and expertise on working with the client on defining various Rules, experience dealing with Fast Formulas and various Integrations, Data loading etc.
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
Addition module experience on one or more modules such as Compensation, Payroll etc. is preferred.
Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, coming with Test cases and SIT and UAT testing
Desired Skills/Good to Have:
Ability to conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions in Fusion applications.
Exhibit effective analytical skills organizational skills.
Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments.
Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of customer issues.
