You build trust through your technical credibility and natural curiosity, and you inspire confidence in both your peers and your customers **For This Role, You Will Need:** • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal applications and system development. • Strong programming skills in at least one high-level language (e.g., Python, C++, C). • Experience in developing or supporting automated test and validation systems, ideally within the Semiconductor/Electronics industry. • Availability to travel up to 25% across the Americas region. • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and engage effectively with customers and internal teams. • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** • Familiarity with test engineering equipment such as DMMs, SMUs, Oscilloscopes, AWGs, etc. • Proficiency in LabVIEW, .NET, Python, or C++ with 2+ years of experience in LabVIEW (certification preferred). • Experience working with PXI modular instrumentation. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others while continuously growing your own expertise. • Comfortable navigating uncertainty, managing risk, and driving clarity in ambiguous or evolving technical landscapes. **Our Culture & Commitment to You:** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
