You will provide second level of application support to DHL DGF business unit in order to ensure the maximum availability and minimal disruption to business continuity.
Your Daily Tasks:
You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and work with less or minimal intervention. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in Application support. Proven experience in IT support, incident management, problem management, and change management. Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with specific IT support tools (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) ITIL certification or similar qualifications Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems and any common scripting languages Practical knowledge of any RDBMS, experience with SQL Experience in debugging, automated testing Good time-management, organizational, multi-task and prioritization skills
