Needs to work in the customer production line to troubleshoot and solve problems. Your job responsibilities include: + Work with customer, sales and marketing personnel to develop and replicate high impact applications for testing and packaging solution. + Identify the best 3M solution for an application by thoroughly understanding the customer needs, testing and analyzing results. Communicate results to customers through written reports and presentations. + Provide launch support for new product programs by generating supporting documentation, demonstration tools, videos and training materials. + Define and communicate product performance to customer specifications, collaborate with cross functional team to resolve front line application issues. + Build a deep understanding of customer needs and competition in assigned market focused areas and provide “voice of customer”, new product ideas and competitive analysis. + Utilize general CAD and other analysis software, conduct feasibility studies, and collaborate with our product development team to perform simulations and optimize product performance. + Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, internally and externally. + Deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards. **Job Requirements** State the qualifications required to successfully perform the job.
