Skills and Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of NetSuite administration and optimization, preferably in a multi-national or public company. Able to read/understand, implement, and help debug SuiteScripts; ability to create and update scripts is highly desirable, but not required Understanding of SuiteScripts, project management, multitasking, and communication skills. Business Acumen: Ability to translate business requirements into application functionality. Teamwork: Strong customer- and solution-focused demeanor. Certifications: NetSuite certifications. Compliance Knowledge: Experience with GDPR, CCPA, SOX, PCI. BI Tools: Experience with business intelligence tools. Financial Planning Tools: Familiarity with tools like Hyperion and Pigment. Toolsets: Experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian Cloud Suite. Agile Frameworks: Experience with kanban and scrum.
