As a UX Designer, you will partner with product managers, researchers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive, accessible, and impactful experiences across web and mobile applications. You’ll apply design thinking principles to solve complex enterprise challenges and help shape digital products that power the world’s most trusted logistics network. **Key Responsibilities** + **Design & Prototyping** + Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes (low- and high-fidelity) for web and mobile interfaces. + Refine concepts through iterative design sessions, ensuring solutions align with user needs and business goals. + **User Research & Testing** + Plan and conduct user research activities (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to uncover pain points and gather actionable insights. + Synthesize qualitative and quantitative findings into user personas, journey maps, and recommendation reports. + Analyze usability testing results and work with stakeholders to prioritize and implement improvements. + **Collaboration & Communication** + Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements and translate them into elegant UX solutions. + Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and cross-functional workshops to maintain alignment on project goals. + Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while advocating for user-centered principles. + **Design System & Standards** + Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of our enterprise design system, ensuring consistency across digital products. + Create and update UI components, pattern libraries, and documentation to support scalability and reusability. + Work with visual designers and front-end developers to define and enforce accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA or higher). + **Continuous Improvement** + Stay informed about UX trends, emerging tools, and best practices within the logistics and enterprise software domains. + Support peer reviews and mentor junior designers by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and fostering a collaborative design culture. **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). + 2+ years of hands-on UX design experience—preferably in enterprise or B2B product environments. + Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX projects, from research through final deliverables. + Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). + Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. + Experience collaborating in cross-functional Agile teams and translating complex requirements into elegant design solutions. + Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles to effectively communicate with development teams. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **Preferred:** + Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or enterprise software. + Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and designing for inclusive experiences. + Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system or UI component library. + Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (e.g., React) or collaboration with front-end engineering. + Certificate or coursework in UX research methods, accessibility, or UX strategy. **Type de contrat:** en CDI _Chez UPS, égalité des chances, traitement équitable et environnement de travail inclusif sont des valeurs clefs auxquelles nous sommes attachés._
