As a Senior Antenna/RF Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in designing and developing advanced RF/Antenna solutions for our present and future avionics and space satellite communications systems. You will be responsible for leading and executing complex engineering projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation in the field. You will also be in close collaboration with our teams in UK, Canada, and USA. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model. + Lead and execute complex engineering projects, ensuring the successful delivery of advanced systems and solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project and component level requirements and develop innovative antenna solutions. + Conduct antenna/RF systems analysis, link budget calculations, antenna design, and integration activities to meet project objectives. + Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. + Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. **Key skills and qualifications** + University education in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Academic background in RF/Antenna technology is highly preferred. + 8 years of experience in antenna design and RF engineering or related roles.
