Responsibilities
+ Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.
+ Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
+ Communicate clearly and proactively in English across cross-functional teams to ensure shared understanding and smooth execution.
+ Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by writing clean, efficient, and testable code.
+ Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other technical issues.
+ Contribute to architectural decisions and advocate for best practices in mobile development.
+ Maintain code quality through code reviews, unit and instrumentation testing.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in Android development and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
+ Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
+ 5+ years of experience developing Android applications.
+ Proficiency in Kotlin, with a deep understanding of Android SDK and Jetpack libraries.
+ Experience with modern Android development practices such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and dependency injection.
+ Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming (Coroutines, Flows), and persistent storage (Room, DataStore, etc.).
+ Experience working with version control systems, especially Git.
+ Strong understanding of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — you should be comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborating with international teams.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
