DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
As a vital member of the Charitable Analytics team, the Senior Manager, Analytics Developer helps support the vision and future of analytics at DAFgiving360. This individual will be responsible for leading projects that involve data curation, analysis, automation, and storytelling to support strategic objectives, key initiatives, and department priorities across the organization. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly analytical and has exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Leading and supporting with data in large cross-functional initiatives and strategic prioritiesEnabling and supporting business power users across DAFgiving360Establishing and documenting standards in a center of excellence capacity for the Business Intelligence team and the organizationAssistance with training and mentoring within the Business Intelligence teamWhat you are good at
Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive data visualizations and automated reporting in Tableau and other BI toolsTranslating ambiguous requirements into effective solutions Leveraging strong analytical and storytelling skills to summarize and deliver business intelligence to stakeholders and senior leadershipApplying strong critical thinking skills, data expertise, and attention to detail to developing solutions to complex business problemsManaging a dynamic workload, including multiple deliverables while maintaining alignment with strategic prioritiesWorking collaboratively with other BI team members, delegating and leading as needed, to ensure quality, on-time deliverables and increased exposure across the teamWhat you have

5+ years of experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Business Objects, Tableau, PowerBI)5+ years of experience with data management tools and coding languages (SQL, Python)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related quantitative fieldPreferred Qualifications:
