Position:Senior Analytics Consultant – Clinical Operations (Healthcare)

Position Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and curious Senior Analytics Consultant to join our central analytics team, with a dedicated focus on supporting Clinical Delivery Operations. This role is pivotal in transforming complex healthcare data into actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and program effectiveness. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to proactively identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and influence the direction of clinical programs through data.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Clinical Delivery Operations team, translating business needs into data-driven insights.Integrate and analyze data from diverse sources including EHRs, APIs, and internal systems, with a growing emphasis on FHIR-based data.Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate trends, risks, and opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the efficacy of clinical programs and operational strategies.Respond to ad hoc data requests with agility and precision, while also proactively identifying areas for improvement.Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration within the analytics team.Support the onboarding and integration of new data visualization tools and AI-driven analytics capabilities.Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in data interpretation and decision-making.Embrace ambiguity and take ownership of defining and evolving responsibilities in a dynamic, start-up-like environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Public Health, Computer Science, Epidemiology).5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with a strong understanding of EHR data and clinical workflows.Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience making API calls and working with structured and unstructured data.Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and synthesize insights for operational decision-making.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and consult with internal stakeholders.Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

PreferredFamiliarity with FHIR standards and healthcare interoperability.Experience in home healthcare or population health analytics.Exposure to AI/ML applications in healthcare analytics.Prior experience mentoring or leading junior analysts.

Pay Transparency:

Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.

The hiring range for this position is:

$113,800.00-$154,525.00
