Role overview: In this role, you'll transform complex workforce data into actionable insights, driving strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll collaborate with Analytics & Insights Partners and cross-functional teams globally to optimize workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Key responsibilities:

Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvementCollaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand needs and suggest optimal analytical approachesDevelop and enhance dashboards and reports to visualize key workforce metricsProvide analytical support for strategic workforce planning initiativesPresent findings and recommendations to various levels of stakeholdersContribute to the development of analytical modelsStay current with industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics

Required qualifications:

2+ years of experience in workforce analytics or similar data-driven roleAdvanced Excel skillsBasic knowledge of data manipulation tools (SQL, R, or Python)Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's degreeExperience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniquesKnowledge of HR systems and processesFamiliarity with data privacy regulations and best practicesProject management experience
