We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to join the Barcelona team of the Global Center of Expertise (CoE) Group Treasury & Insurance (GT&I). You will ensure all aspects of the day-to-day Inhouse bank and payment factory activities, while maintaining best in class treasury processes and control environment.
In this role, you will provide support regarding all aspects of the Inhouse bank. This is a very communicative position in an international context where you will have the opportunity to foster and maintain key business relationships, and lease with affiliates, other teams as well and banks.
This role offers a chance to participate in projects with cross-functional and cross-regional teams including, Finance, Accounting… There is ample room for proactive initiative to drive new ideas globally.
The position will be located at our facility in Barcelona, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
Your key responsibilities
Reconciliation of our external and internal bank accounts. Daily opening and closing of the in-house Bank.Executes internal (ICO) and external payments of the group (POBO), report, monitor and solve any payment error or rejections in process.Runs and supervises the Supply Chain Financing process within the in-house bank.Monitors and maintains IHB interests and margins.Supervising and reconciling billing of the external banks.
