As Senior Analyst on the Second Line of Defense, Third Party Risk Management Oversight Team (TPRM) this role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting business group adherence to the TPRM Policy and Program requirements. This role provides independent oversight and effective challenge to how we manage our third party services provider risks.Job Description:

Third Party Risk Management objectives are met.PayPal proactively identifies existing and emerging risks.Key stakeholders can make informed risk decisions when choosing third party service providers to support their business.Business groups are aware of the risks their third party service providers bring to the company.Key Stakeholders are aware of the risk requirements when onboarding and managing third party service providers.Products and services supported by our third party service providers are appropriately risk assessed in accordance with Enterprise policy and Global regulatory requirements.Minimum risk requirements are appropriately documented in the Third Party Risk Management policy.Third party risk regulatory obligations are known, understood, documented, and implemented.Regulatory reporting is performed timely and accurately.Enterprise third party risk landscape is appropriately reported on and available to key stakeholders.In your day-to-day role you will;
Collaborate on policies, procedures, and program governance to ensure effective risk management of third-party in accordance with industry standardsProvide support to ensure the third party risk management process is effective in managing risks related to third-party relationships in a manner that is consistent with PayPal’s strategic goals, organizational objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory obligationsAssist with developing appropriate training on third party risk management programAssist in remediating issues impacting the third party risk management programAssist with developing, implementing, and maintaining Third Party Risk independent reviews and monitoring of all ongoing monitoring and due diligence activities; inherent risk, risk management/ control effectiveness, residual risk, emerging risks, and aggregate riskCollaborate with the Business Intelligence team to provide requirements that deliver effective risk oversight reportingUnderstand and be able to interpret the third party risk management program policy requirementAlign practical risk mitigation with business objectives and foster a risk-conscious corporate cultureAssist in Third Party Risk data aggregation and reporting for multiple audiences including but not limited to risk committees, auditors, internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with PayPal’s risk teams to build in new regulatory requirements within the TPM program requirementsDevelop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders in all Business Units as well as multiple governance, risk, and compliance functions.Understand the role of third-party risk management within the overall procurement and onboarding process.What do you need to bring
