**uty 1: Metrics, Reporting and Analytics for Pre S&OP Monthly Cycle**
**Data Gathering**
+ Consolidates and standardize data from different data sources
+ Combines extracted data from multiple resources using automated tools (excel, macro, OTHER database TOOLS)
+ Apply basic calculation to summarize the gathered data into information for further analysis
**Data Manipulation**
+ Cleans extracted data using pre-defined guidelines or instructions.
+ Formats extracted data based on expected report output. (multiple data formatting requirements)
+ Creates histograms, charts, summaries as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better provide decision support to the Marketing and Sales Community
+ Calculates data using available fields within the gathered information. (statistics)
**Data Analysis**
+ Analyze and interpret data using descriptive analytics (basic mathematics, comparative analysis)
+ Creates charts, trends as necessary to aid in easy interpretation and better understanding of analyzed data
**Sales & Operation Planning Reporting**
+ Attend and participate in the regional forecast review with sales managers to discuss results of analysis (trends per customer and per product family, identify top drivers etc)
+ Present sales forecast and gaps to the stakeholders (Marketing, Operation and Sales) gets their buy-in and commitment to any deliverable
+ Conducts pre SOP demand review meetings with sales team to discuss sales trend for production planning
