What We'll Bring:

QA Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in software testing, including hands-on expertise in automation and test management tools.

What You'll Bring:

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.Manage and maintain test cases and test plans using test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.Continuously improve QA processes and contribute to best practices in testing and automation.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Impact You'll Make:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.3–5 years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on automation.Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).Experience with test management platforms (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
