Description
The base pay range for this role is $79,800.00 to $103,966.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

Description
The People Analytics team is responsible for providing data driven people insights that drive the organization forward. The Sr Analyst - People Analytics will partner with the HR and business stakeholders to develop reactive & proactive reporting capabilities for people metrics across the employment lifecycle. This role requires experience with analytics & visualization tools to drive sustainable self-service solutions, data governance, and project management.
Use Workday or similar HRIS platforms to extract, analyze, and interpret employee dataDevelop data visualization solutions that support reactive & proactive reporting capabilities for people metricsPartner with HR functions to support ongoing operational analytics efforts Perform multi-dimensional analysis to support complex projects leading to actionable insights that drive human resource strategyIdentify actionable insights and share recommendations to influence the direction of the businessEnsures best practices are followed for data capture and trackingIdentifies data capture and analytics improvements and works with team to implementQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (statistics, engineering, business analytics, information systems, aviation management or related degree)3+ years of experience in data analysis role (analysis, information science, data visualization or other relevant quantitative field)Experience with database interface tools, SQL, Python/R and programming conceptsStrong understanding of databases and data structures
Experience with PowerBI or other visualization toolsExperience building dashboards and predictive models that inform real business decisionsProven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointOutstanding writing, communication and presentation skillsPassionate about data analytics and visionary for how it can be applied, with strong strategic/critical thinking and problem-solving skills to complementStrong attention to detailMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
