Senior Analyst - IT Systems Engineering
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Windows Engineering team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Windows Engineer will play a crucial role in technical system implementation and client coordination, ensuring seamless communication and effective resolution of technical issues.
We will count on you to:
Communicate with internal teams and external clients regarding implementation and status.Implement changes per requests (IIS, VIP, SSL certificates).Investigate and resolve technical issues, including severity 1 incidents.Remediate security vulnerabilities in middleware systems.Administer Windows applications, including installation and upgrades.What you need to have:
At least 3 years of experience in project coordination and system implementation.Strong English communication skills.Experience in Windows System Administration (Windows 2019+), IIS, and Apache/HA Proxy.What makes you stand out:
