The incumbent in this role will ensure world-class service delivery to the clients globally. The roles and responsibilities are as follows:-

Process the transactions as per Team goalsDo Written and Verbal communication with Onshore/Offshore business partners regarding transaction related issues/ queries.Preparation or Updating  any Daily/Weekly/Monthly reportsEnsuring compliance of all internal and client policiesRespond to assigned audit requirementsProviding timely updates to Manager and Onshore counterpartsSupport all Projects and Quality initiatives – Process improvement ideas etc.

Eligibility :

Graduation any fieldMinimum 1 year of experience
