Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai(Powai) office.

Senior Analyst – Insurance services (Grade B2)

As a new colleague, you will be provided with Business Overview/Insights, in-depth process training, roles & responsibilities overview, expectations of various stakeholders to make you successful in this role.

Within the first 30 days, we expect you to gain good understanding of the role and requirement that it entails. Within 60 days, attain competency & have a good understanding of process and systems & finally within 90 days be able to handle the work processing with limited support

Process and self-Management:Contribute to achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectivesAdheres to Company policies and is in compliance at all times.Maintains performance standards. Updates reports based on predefined templates on a regular basis to ensure accurate entryMaintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislationCompleting all training related activities when assignedCognizant of completing all assigned activities within the stipulated timeEnsuring all production targets are met in trainingEnsuring all production targets are met in BAU (Post training)Ensuring all Quality targets are met in trainingEnsuring all quality targets are met in BAU (Post training)Communicate status of work, any issues with team managers and manager on timeSchedule adherence is a mustNo unplanned leavesReady to work in below shifts :2:30 PM to 11:30 PM6:30 PM to 03:30 AMYour hiring manager and HR will inform you the shift requirement for the team you are interviewing for.

Ensure that all statutory regulations and company procedures are followed to protect clients, colleagues and the business interest of the companyAppropriate usage of Marsh Speciality's systems to monitor, record and retain informationDemonstrate clear understanding of regulatory requirementsProactively ensures compliance with regulatory and risks frameworkAdheres to policies, guidelines and operating proceduresKeeps own knowledge and expertise up to date and relevantIdentifies and evaluates risks appropriately. What you need to have:     

Prior years of work experienceGraduate in any streamFair understanding of Insurance Broking business and dynamicsGood command over spoken and written EnglishSuperior comprehension and articulation skillsAbility to prioritize and organise tasks, work within stiff timelinesEye for detail and innovative mindsetBasic knowledge of MS OfficeWillingness to learn and adapt to changes

Insurance certification from The Institutes, USAPost-Graduation/Certificate Courses in InsuranceAny prior experience on any insurance process
