Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Global Trade Execution Senior Analyst at Tyson Foods, you will drive operational excellence through data analytics, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehousing, and Trade Compliance teams to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and deliver actionable insights that improve the day-to-day experiences for both customers and team members.
You will work with tools and languages such as SQL, Power BI, Python, Power Automate, and emerging platforms like Google Document AI. While deep expertise in every technology isn’t expected from day one, a strong understanding of foundational programming concepts is essential.
Equally important is your ability to empathize with end-users, map and improve processes, identify root causes of errors and pain points, and deliver solutions that truly enhance the daily work of our stakeholders. If you’re determined, helpful, and dynamic, this role is for you.

3-5 years experience in the following:
Fundamental Technical Knowledge Variables and Data Types, Control Flow Structures, Functions, Data Structures, Error Handling, Design Principles, Database Fundamentals Commitment to Process Improvement Whether at work or in your personal projects, you actively seek opportunities to optimize and automate. You quickly pinpoint root causes and implement lasting solutions instead of quick fixes. User-Orientation You ask insightful questions to understand stakeholder needs. You’re passionate about creating solutions that people love, iterating your work to continually enhance the user experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with data visualization tools (particularly Power BI), process automation platforms (such as Power Automate), or low-code application development (like Power Apps). Familiarity with Python scripting for automate and data manipulation. Exposure to Google Cloud Platform services, including BigQuery and Google Document AI. Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP ABAP) or similar enterprise software. Prior involvement in project or roles where you were instrumental in designing or improving data-driven processes. Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with a proven track record of managing or contributing to iterative, collaborative project environments.Relocation Assistance Eligible:
