YOUR MISSION

Based in Milan, you’ll partner with IT-SEE leadership to drive performance across Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Moldova, and Croatia. You’ll run deep-dive analyses, support core planning cycles, and turn data into clear, actionable recommendations. You’ll report to the Regional Head of Finance & Strategy. Travel expected up to 30% in-region.

THE JOURNEY (what you’ll do)

Support strategic projects: Run structured analyses and co-lead defined workstreams to help senior stakeholders solve complex, high-priority problems. Work closely with leadership: Collaborate day-to-day with the Head and Director of Finance & Strategy IT-SEE and senior team members with exposure to countries’ leadership teams. Business reporting: Own weekly and monthly business reviews (KPIs, trends, risks, and actions). Contribute to monthly Best Estimates and the annual Business Plan. Identify issues → drive actions: Spot problems early, propose data-backed plans, and help local teams execute and track results. Insight generation: Curate reliable data and deliver concise, decision-ready docs and readouts. Tooling: Maintain and enhance dashboards and BigQuery queries; Python (nice to have) for light automation. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Ops, Commercial, Marketing, and Legal to land decisions and measure impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

You are strategic and Hands-on. You roll up your sleeves, dive deep into the details, challenge assumptions respectfully, and help ship measurable results. Problem solving: Break issues into clear components, define hypotheses, run rigorous analysis, and translate findings into practical recommendations. Stakeholder skills: Work confidently with senior leaders; clarify value, scope, and deliverables; integrate feedback and manage expectations. Prioritization & ownership: Juggle multiple workstreams, focus on highest-impact questions, and own tasks from analysis to action tracking. Communication: Clear, structured storytelling — decision-ready one-pagers and crisp live readouts. Collaboration: You elevate teammates, share context, and document logic/assumptions for repeatability. Experience: 2–4+ years in top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy/FP&A, or a fast-paced analytical role in high-growth tech. Tools: Intermediate SQL (preferably BigQuery), strong Sheets/Slides, Looker; Python is a nice-to-have. Language: English required; any IT-SEE language is a plus.
