Senior Analyst Finance Analytics

**Job Description**
As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing financial data to support strategic decision-making. Under the guidance of the Finance Manager, you'll perform detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial information.
**How you will contribute**
+ Data Analysis & Reporting:
+ Collect, cleanse, and structure financial data from various sources.
+ Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Develop and maintain insightful financial reports and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance.
+ Utilize data visualization techniques to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
+ Financial Planning & Performance Management:
+ Execute aspects of the finance planning and performance management process, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, and financial performance reporting/analysis.
+ Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services, or Corporate Finance team.
+ Controls & Compliance:
+ Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope, ensuring full compliance with our policies.
+ Monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls to maintain data integrity.
+ Process Improvement & Innovation:
+ Support projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement.
+ Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to enhance data analysis and reporting processes.
+ Teamwork & Development:
+ Contribute to a high-performing Finance team.
+ Invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers.
**What you will bring**

+ TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
+ Strong foundation in financial analysis and data collection/structuring.
+ Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
+ Experience in the usage of large datasets.
+ Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is a plus.
+ Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion) is a plus.
+ BUSINESS ACUMEN:
+ A basic understanding of our business, the consumer packaged goods industry, and the local snacking market.
+ Relevant experience in a regional (or sizeable local) business.
+ LEADERSHIP SKILLS:
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team.
+ Team player with a "can-do" mentality to deliver results.
+ GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET:
+ The ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
+ A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in data analytics.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting **from 3200 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance** . The final offer will depend on the skills and previous experience of the candidate. We also offer top attractive benefits.
