Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Analyst Customs Compliance in Katy, TX. Responsibilities: * Senior Analyst Customs Compliance will ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations and correct classification of goods * Handle day-to-day customs issues, including clearance delays and broker coordination * Manage and expand the First Sale Program in partnership with sourcing and vendors * Identify classification opportunities to minimize duties within CBP compliance * Oversee customs duties processing via the Periodic Monthly Statement Process * Ensure proper documentation for import items and communicate with internal teams * Track shipment status, coordinate delivery schedules, and recommend process improvements * As a Senior Analyst Customs Compliance, you will conduct internal audits and manage compliance with C-TPAT, ISA, and IPR programs * Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, logistics, buying, and DC operations * Analyze customs entries and support audit activities * Ensure adherence to company policies, safety rules, and professional standards
