Your role:-Full lifecycle of M&A transactions: origination, financial analysis, negotiation, due diligence, and integration-Strategic acquisition reporting and industry research-Commercial negotiations and contract structuring with strategic partners-Oversight of regional lending and funding structures-Legal and litigation support for corporate transactions-Strategic analysis of plant performance and operational expansion projects-Monthly financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance feedback-Budgeting and long-term strategic planning
What You Bring:-Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of M&A or corporate development experience-Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking-Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills-Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex relationships-Exceptional communication and analytical capabilities-A collaborative mindset and passion for driving business growth
