ROLE OVERVIEW
The GBS Data and Analytics team is composed of individual doers and collaborators working passionately to apply cutting-edge advances in technology to solve real-world problems. As a BI Analyst, you will lead analytics projects, transforming business needs into actionable insights through data visualization and analysis. You will develop data flows, communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring documentation and updates are maintained.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Over 2 years of experience in analytics tools & technologies or processes
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, be able to convert stakeholders needs to real business problems
• Ability to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment, influence others, and drive to impact
• Proactivity in resolving ongoing data challenges and take ownership of new projects
• Experience in Power BI, DAX formulation, and other visualization tools
• Experience with Python for data ingestion & automation
• Fluent in English with business communication proficiency
• Knowledge of R and/or AI/ML tools is a plus
• Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?
• Run E2E analytics projects from gathering business needs to validating hypothesis to output delivery, data visualization and generating value by providing data analysis-to-actionable insights
• Understand complex and diverse technology infrastructure and identify sources and tools needed
• Develop logical and conceptual data flows that are in support of project requirements and advise appropriate and effective use of data
• Communicate and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Provide orientation and training to end users
• Provide commercial perspective & guidance to junior staff members working on individual use cases
• Project & stakeholder management activities, maintaining documentation to support line manager and update stakeholders on project status & risks
