WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Over 3 years of experience in analytics tools & technologies or processes (preferably, 3-4 years of relevant experience)Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, be able to convert stakeholders needs to real business problemsAbility to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment, influence others, and drive to impactProactivity in resolving ongoing data challenges and take ownership of new projectsExperience in Power BI, DAX formulation, and other visualization toolsExperience with Python for data ingestion & automationFluent in English with business communication proficiencyKnowledge of R and/or AI/ML tools is a plusKnowledge of Power Automate is a plus

Run E2E analytics projects from gathering business needs to validating hypothesis to output delivery, data visualization and generating value by providing data analysis-to-actionable insightsUnderstand complex and diverse technology infrastructure and identify sources and tools neededDevelop logical and conceptual data flows that are in support of project requirements and advise appropriate and effective use of dataCommunicate and present technical information to non-technical stakeholdersProvide orientation and training to end usersProvide commercial perspective & guidance to junior staff members working on individual use casesProject & stakeholder management activities, maintaining documentation to support line manager and update stakeholders on project status & risks
