We’re looking for a Senior Analyst – Application & Process Services, based in Glasgow, to enhance our back-office ERP platform and connected systems by driving automation and innovation across critical business functions.

What you’ll do:

Act as Subject Matter Expert for ERP/back-office systemsSolve complex problems leveraging the latest technologiesLead continuous improvement efforts using a automate first approachManage solution delivery, from detailed specifications to implementationProduce documentation and deliver training for global teamsEnsure governance and compliance across business processesCollaborate with stakeholders and senior business leaders

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Strong ERP experience, ideally with Infor M3 CloudSuite (multi-tenant)Deep understanding of core business processes (Rental Management, Procurement, etc)Proven incident and problem management experienceStrong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication skills, especially with non-technical audiencesDemonstrated automate first improvement capabilitiesExperience in fast-paced, operational environmentsDegree or equivalent work experienceERP certified at Associate or Professional levelITIL Foundation Certified (Desirable)Project Management qualification (Desirable)Business Analysis qualification (Desirable)
