Our Technical Operations team comprises aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that ensure they’re well-equipped and ready to transport our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Analyst – Airframe Vendor Management, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational efficiency as our fleet grows and maintenance demand increases. This role focuses on identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and enabling data-driven decision-making to enhance the execution of maintenance.
By transforming complex operational data into tactical solutions, you’ll bridge the gap between frontline execution and strategy. You’ll collaborate across planning, supply chain, engineering, and maintenance teams to deliver scalable, high-impact improvements. Success requires an analytical and hands-on approach, along with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and execute solutions for maintenance operations, including business cases, cost-benefit analyses, approvals, and project implementation.Extract and analyze data from multiple sources; perform ad-hoc reporting and modeling tied to heavy maintenance lines.Review and enhance existing reports, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.Present insights and recommendations to organizational leaders, turning data into clear, actionable direction.Location Schedule: This role is based at the CSC – Willis Tower in Chicago, IL, and follows a hybrid work schedule with three days per week in-office (subject to change)

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or aviation, or related work experience
· 2 years of experience in analytics or process improvement
· Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and structured problem solving
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret extensive, complex data sets with accuracy and attention to detail
· Intellectual curiosity and comfort working with large and complex data sets
· Proven ability to create clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Tableau, ggplot2)
· Ability to work independently, identify gaps, and generate quantitative solutions
· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
· Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
· Successful completion of the interview is required
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
· Master’s degree in engineering
· Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or equivalent)
· 1 years of airline industry experience
· Basic programming skills (e.g., web scraping, unstructured data analysis)
· Understanding of airline maintenance operations
· Experience building dashboards/applications in Palantir or Power BI
· Knowledge of Tech Ops business processes
