As a Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable, you will maintain and analyze activities in the accounts payable/receivable function. You will ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintain accurate records and control reports. You will contact past due accounts to verify and/or negotiate outstanding account balance. You will maintain cash receipts and refer accounts to collection agencies. **Responsibilities:** + Performs AP account reconciliations. + Analyzes AP data, root cause issue resolution. + Works directly with vendors and WESCO locations on past due balances. + Establishes projects, produces results on issues. + May perform invoice entry. + Executes on resolution management for escalation issues. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required. + 3 years required; 5 years preferred of related experience.
