Position Summary:

The Senior Analyst, HR Digital & Analytics, will be instrumental in advancing RWJBH's HR digital capabilities and analytical maturity.

This role will support the development of the HR digital strategy, explore cutting-edge technologies like AI, and build advanced talent analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Support: Research and analyze emerging HR technologies, supporting the Director in building a comprehensive five-year HR digital strategy and roadmap for system transitions.AI & Automation Exploration: Identify potential use cases for AI and automation within HR eg. knowledge management, MSP optimization and assist in piloting or implementing solutionsAdvanced Analytics Development: Design, develop, and maintain advanced talent analytics models and dashboards to provide deeper insights into workforce trends, talent pipelines, and organizational performanceData Integration & Governance: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure data quality, integrity, and seamless integration across various HR systemsReporting & Insights: Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for HR leaders and business partnersResearch & Benchmarking: Conduct research on best practices in HR digital transformation, AI in HR, and advanced analytics, bringing external perspectives to the COE

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field3-5+ years of experience in HR technology, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related roleStrong proficiency with data visualization tools eg. Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, and ideally SQL or other programming languages eg. Python, RDemonstrated experience with HRIS systems and an understanding of HR data structuresFamiliarity with AI/Machine Learning concepts and their application in HR is highly desirableExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
