**What will you do:** + Leads discussions with key stakeholders to ensure that key business questions and problems are well defined and understood + Assists or leads the design, development and delivery of data sets/solutions to help meet business objectives +  Design, build, maintain data pipelines that procure, transform and structure data from multiple systems into a format that can be easily used by downstream users in the data lake, Proficiency with Delta Format for data engineering workloads , leads ETL processes to develop data models and have them available within the appropriate application to be utilized by data analytics function and business users, manage the implementation, organization, and administration of various data platforms (e.g. Azure, Power BI etc.), Setting up role-based access controls / service principal access, configuring azure resources as per requirement, Integrating azure resources and Databricks analytics platform + Create tools to proactively monitor that data stats and reports/dashboards are accurate and updated when expected + Lead culture of continuous improvement by enhancing existing databases, data collection methods, statistical methods, technology, procedures, and training + Partner with data custodians and process experts to ensure quality of data and definitions to support building reliable data models and analysis + Demonstrates well-developed ability to anticipate impact and to proactively take initiative beyond direct responsibilities + High volume or complex work is completed in a timely and thorough manner with minimal rework **What you will need:** + Undergraduate Degree required. Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another relevant engineering/technical field preferred. + Advanced Degree preferred + 4 - 7 years of relevant degree experience required + Hands on working experience in following tools preferred - Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Analysis Services, Microsoft Flows + Proficient in common data programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R, DAX, Spark) + Hands on experience in Microsoft Flow, Microsoft Power Platform and Data Science concepts + Good understanding of statistics and ML /AI algorithms + Proficient in business intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) + Experience with data modeling and database concepts Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
