Job Summary:
To perform the credit and collection activities for WE region. Contact customers to request payment for past due balances.  Identify reasons for delayed or non-payment of past due balances. Review the status in the accounting system. Interact with various other departments to resolve customer queries and collect the money according to the due date. 

Your role:

Responsible for collection of receivables, resolving disputes and claims, and overseeing all aspects of cash application, overpayments, and deduction management.Responsible for the delivery of service levels and SLA/KPI targets for the accounting function.Demonstrated ability to manage a complex customer portfolio with high transaction volumes while providing backup and support to other A/R personnel as needed.Represent SBS in a professional manner by maintaining and enhancing a positive business relationship with customers, sales, credit control, distribution center and other stake holdersAnalyzing customer’s payment trend to forecast collection for the fiscal monthOrganize and participates in credit control, distribution center, Sales and Customer meetings.Manage end-to-end credit and collection activities for a designated territory, business segment, or region, overseeing a portfolio of £10–15 million, engaging with 400+ customers monthly, and handling 20+ collection calls daily.

 

Who you are:

3 to 5 years proven Credit and Collection experience in a corporate environment.Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication capabilitiesBasic knowledge of planning and execution, coupled with an understanding of high-impact communicationBasic Accounting knowledge.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Bachelor’s degree in any streams (accounting preferred)
