What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health
Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree requiredMinimum of 2 years solid experience in Workforce (Real Time Analysis)Strong communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelProficient in Avaya CMS and VerintProficient in handling Tableau (required)Alteryx and Power BI experience preferredWilling to work US hours and do rotating shift on SaturdaysWhat is expected of you and others at this level
